Homes in this area were first built-in the late 1990s and there are still available lots today. Home sizes sold in the past year have averaged  2300 sf. to a max of 3111 sf. of living space.

There is a community pool, HOA, Van Alstyne Elementary school and the wonderful Forest M. Moore Park with baseball, basketball, tennis courts and picnic area.
