Van Alstyne – Little Big Town Race

Little Big Town - Post from May 12th is the date for the 4th annual 5K race and family fun run through downtown Van Alstyne benefiting Naomi’s Village.  Last year’s event had over 200 people & raised over $5000.

There is no reason to be shy as the event has had participants of all ages. If you aren’t careful you might even get beat by someone in their 70s so put on your running shoes!

For details on the race contact the race sponsor, Van Alstyne Therapy and Fitness at 903-482-9741 or click for additional information.  The race will start and end at the therapy and fitness center at 176 N. Main St., Van Alstyne,TX.  Look for the water tower downtown and you will be in the neighborhood.

This is just another example of the quality of life in Van Alstyne. It’s a small town, family oriented and with a big heart. Come and see what Van Alstyne is about and spend some time   running and making new friends.
